Shipping Policy for JAR'd

1. Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. All preserves are made and packed in small batches, so during busy periods dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is any delay, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship across the UK using Royal Mail or tracked courier services to ensure your jars arrive safely.

1 to 4 jars - Standard Delivery (2 working days): £5.00
1 to 4 jars - First Class (1-2 working days): £6.50
5 to 8 jars - Standard Delivery (2 working days): £8.50
5 to 8 jars - First Class (1-2 working days): £9.55
Free delivery on orders over £45.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

3. Packaging

All jars are packed securely using environmentally friendly and protective packaging to minimise breakages. If your parcel arrives damaged, please refer to our returns policy.

4. Delivery Address & Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we can resend it - additional postage charges will apply.

5. Local Collection (Optional)

Customers may collect orders from Llandeilo by appointment - please contact us by email at hello@jard.wales.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the UK only.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

Check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email
Contact the courier directly
If still unresolved, contact us and we will investigate

A replacement or refund will be issued for parcels confirmed lost by the courier.
