At 14, Liz received a Delia Smith book, igniting her passion for cooking. Years later, after an evening spent with friends bouncing a few ideas around, JAR’d was formed. Liz produces these tasty 100% handmade products from her kitchen in Llandeilo, in small batches, using only fresh fruit and vegetables.
